Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
To ensure rapid order processing, requests to modify or cancel must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this period cannot be accommodated. Orders may be returned for a full refund upon receipt, subject to our return policy.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed at our Hong Kong warehouse Monday through Friday, typically within 1-3 business days from the order date. Shipments are dispatched the business day following processing.
